ADVICE

The event is open to riders of mountain bikes, gravels and cyclocross bikes ...

ATTENTION ! This is not a gentle ride. The course is physically demanding, especially if the weather is unfavourable.
Be sufficiently trained: 125 km is long way ... very long ...
Do not abuse your confidence or your abilities. Pace yourself !  Don't set off too quickly.
Check that your bike is in good condition before you leave.
Bring some food and drink with you in case you need it.
Bring tubes and possibly a spare tyre.
